We take a great deal of care and attention when packaging your parcels.
All of our prints and paper cuts are delicately rolled and gift wrapped with a bow in tissue paper. They are then shipped inside a reinforced postal box so that they will reach you in absolutely perfect condition.
Original paintings will be packed in a sealed clear bag, with a thick backing board, and shipped inside a rigid protective envelope.
We take the same care and attention with all other parcels, so you can feel confident to send parcels directly as gifts to friends and loved ones.

Germany, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
You can still place orders to be shipped in countries not listed above and they will be shipped once the postal services resume.
For health reasons, parcels will be delivered without a signature.
We recommend to check the status of your order online to make sure you don't miss the delivery.
We aim to dispatch all parcels within 3-5 working days of purchase. All orders are trackable online on www.dhl.de
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please check regularly your tracking status to not miss the delivery date.
European customers. 3-8 working days after dispatch. Rest of World customers. 5-15 working days after dispatch.

We want to make it as easy as possible to return your parcel if necessary. We offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods.
Just drop us an email as soon as possible to confirm that you would like to return the item (to firstname.lastname@example.org). Place your product in a secure parcel, ideally the original packaging including your name and order number. We will make the refund within 5 working days on return receipt.
We can only issue refunds on products that are returned in tip top original condition.
All refunds exclude postage costs, unless of course there has been a mistake on our part.
On Sale products are non refundable, non exchangeable.
