New Edition Vriendenboek (Friends’ Book) consists of 31 double pages with pre-printed questions — one to be filled out by the owner of the book (the ‘This is me’ section), the rest is meant for 30 friends and classmates. There are passport-like questions (like name, address, length, hobbies, sort hair, favourite school subject, etc), but also more creative questions such as ‘What is the nicest thing you and I did together’, ‘Draw your dream house’ or ‘This is what my bed looks like’. There’s  space for a photo, which is carried by a character in underwear that can be dressed with the cool clothes stickers that come with the book.

The book is typically aimed at children of the age of 4 to 12 (primary school age).

• Packaging your parcel

  • We take a great deal of care and attention when packaging your parcels.
    
    All of our prints and paper cuts are delicately gift wrapped. They are then shipped inside a postal box so that they will reach you in perfect condition.
    
    Original paintings will be packed in a sealed clear bag, with a thick backing board, and shipped inside a rigid protective envelope.
    
    We take the same care and attention with all other parcels, so you can feel confident to send parcels directly as gifts to friends and loved ones.

    We aim to dispatch all parcels within 5 working days of purchase. Orders are trackable online on www.postnl.nl
    You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
    
    We highly recommend to track your order online 48h after dispatch to not miss the delivery date.

    European customers. 3-5 working days after dispatch.
    Rest of World customers. 5-10 working days after dispatch.

• Returns

  • We want to make it as easy as possible to return your parcel if necessary. We offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods.
    
    Just drop us an email as soon as possible to confirm that you would like to return the item (to orders@famillesummerbelle.com). Place your product in a secure parcel, ideally the original packaging including your name and order number. We will make the refund within 5 working days on return receipt.
    We can only issue refunds on products that are returned in tip top original condition.
    All refunds exclude postage costs, unless of course there has been a mistake on our part.
    On Sale products are non refundable, non exchangeable.
    
    No returns or refunds on original artworks.
