Delivery

We charge a flat rate postage and packaging fee of £8 to the UK, €8 to Europe and $15 to the rest of the world.

Once you place your order and the payment has been cleared your goods will be despatched within 2 to 3 working days.

We dispatch all orders from France. We use La Poste's export trackable service.

Most deliveries to UK, France and the rest of Europe should arrive within 7-10 days of your order. Deliveries to the rest of the world can take up to 15 days.

We use registered delivery services so that we can track any parcels that may run astray. This does mean however, that someone must be at home to receive the parcel. If your order is returned to us due to non-collection then we will unfortunately have to charge an additional postage fee to resend.

Orders

All orders are processed in either UK Sterling, Euros or US Dollars.

Orders outside of Europe are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable upon receipt. Unfortunately, as we can’t control these charges, any extra cost will need to be covered by the customer.

All the prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (for Europe).

We use 99% recyclable packaging.

Returns

We are very proud of the products we make. We believe in quality and beautiful products. However we will really not be happy until you are.

We offer a full refund or exchange (excluding package + postage costs) if you are not entirely satisfied with your product. We do have a few rules:

1. Order cancellations must be made in writing by email within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

2. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging

3. You must ask for a proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Please remember, postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.

Please also let us know why you are returning your products (it helps make us better).

We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange on made-to-order products (like the wallpaper) unless they are faulty.

Payment
